A NOTICE FROM BEIGE WEDDINGS
Dear All Beige Weddings Couples,
As the concern for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has spread into Canada, we would like to address concerns that have risen on how this pandemic will affect your upcoming wedding. It is safe to say this is a situation that is new to us all, and in times like this, I believe transparency and assurance are very important. We understand this is heartbreaking and devastating to many of our couples and their families, and we are saddened by the effects of this virus. We want to work with you to make the decisions regarding your wedding but at the same time remind you that we are also a small business struggling during this time. We are keeping information here at this link as new information is released to the public and updating it as often as possible - so please check back often. We believe honesty and transparency are very important during these difficult times. If you have specific questions about your wedding or how you plan to pivot, please reach out to schedule a phone call - we are here for you! We truly hope everyone stays healthy and we are here to navigate this with you all,
With Love,
Bobo & Team Beige Weddings

SMALL EVENT ON ORIGINAL DATE + POSTPONE LARGE CELEBRATION
If you postpone your event due to unforeseeable restriction changes but hold a smaller wedding or ceremony only on your wedding date, your original retainer can be applied to your small event. Small events can be held on another date pending availability. If you postpone to a weekend date in 2022, you are subject to our current 2022 prices, please kindly contact us to get more detailed information.
KEEP YOUR DATE, PIVOT PLANS
We’ve been working with our couples to create new photography timelines and adjust their invoices to accommodate your new wedding plans. Pivoting can be transitioning to an outdoor space, new venue, or smaller guest count. In 2020, we photographed 30+ weddings and events that looked a little different than our couples originally planned, yet all couples have said that they actually really enjoyed their intimate celebrations with the ones that are the closest to them.
FOR COUPLES WHO ARE CONSIDERING RESCHEDULING:
First Reschedule: There is no rescheduling fee for your first reschedule if you reschedule to a weekday instead of another weekend (Friday - Sunday), this is also to avoid any disappointments regarding your vendors’ (not just ours) availabilities. Your retainer will be applied to your new wedding date. If you do choose to reschedule to a weekday date in a new calendar year, that year's new pricing (if applicable) will apply.
Second (Or Any Additional) Reschedule: If you choose to reschedule a second time (or additional times), a 10% rescheduling fee will apply for each reschedule. Additionally, if you choose to reschedule to a new calendar year, that year's new pricing (if applicable) will apply.
Cancelations: If you choose to cancel your wedding instead of rescheduling, your non-refundable retainer may be used toward other photography services provided by us within the next calendar year (from the booking date).
Photographer: If you need to postpone the wedding because of COVID-19 to a new wedding date that our main photographer Bobo is not available for, we will discuss having our other photographers to be shooting the wedding day. In that case, Bobo would continue to manage your pre and post-wedding correspondence, and the editing and image/album delivery will still be the same.
Legality: We cannot legally photograph a wedding that does not comply with the governmental guidelines at the time of the event. If you choose to carry on with a non-compliant event, your payments will not be refunded due to the voluntary cancelation of services.
