Welcome to Beige Weddings Co. By accessing our website and/or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Beige Weddings Co. provides wedding photography and related creative services. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and retainer fee. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract. Failure to complete payment according to the agreed schedule may result in cancellation of services without liability.
All prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate in your signed contract.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. If we are unavailable, the retainer will not be transferred. Cancellations made by the client will not be eligible for refunds beyond what is outlined in your signed agreement.
4. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe stated in your contract. Editing style, composition, and creative direction are at the sole discretion of Beige Weddings Co. Raw (unedited) images are not provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures, etc.), though we will always communicate proactively.
5. Copyright & UsagE
Beige Weddings Co. retains full copyright ownership of all images created. Clients are granted a personal-use license, allowing them to:
  •  Download, print, and share images for personal use 
  •  Share images on social media with appropriate credit 
 Images may not be:
  •  Sold or used for commercial purposes 
  •  Edited, altered, or filtered without permission 
Full copyright buyouts may be available upon request for an additional fee.
 6. Model Release & Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Beige Weddings Co. reserves the right to use images for: Portfolio, Website and blog, Social media, Marketing and promotional materials. If privacy is a concern, clients must notify us in writing prior to the event. Privacy add-ons may be available.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: Provide accurate event details and timelines , Obtain necessary permissions for photography at venues, Ensure a safe and respectful working environment. We are not responsible for missed moments due to lateness, restricted access, or interference from guests or other vendors.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality services, Beige Weddings Co. is not liable for: Unforeseen circumstances (weather, accidents, illness, equipment failure, etc.);  Loss or damage beyond our control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability is limited to the amount paid.
9. Website Use
All content on this website—including images, text, branding, and design—is the property of Beige Weddings Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or booking process will only be used for communication and service delivery.We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
 11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
 12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
